All refunds are subject to a non-refundable administrative fee for any withdrawals regardless of the date of your withdrawal.

Refund/Withdrawal Procedure:
Immediately contact the treasurer with the following information: the date, player’s name, grade and reason for dropping out. A doctor’s note stating that the player will not be able to participate for the balance of the season is required for all medical refunds. The treasurer’s contact information is available on the PLC for Girls website under Contacts.
If a refund is approved a credit will be issued to the original credit card.
Privacy Policy
The Pleasanton Lacrosse Club for Girls Website is set up to allow parents to have complete control over their personal information listed on the website. Simply go to the Edit My Account section of the website, update your family member's personal profile and uncheck the information boxes to exclude information from public display on the website. Otherwise personal information could be displayed.
